Xymera Return & Refund Policy

At Xymera, we stand behind our products and are here to help. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of confirmed delivery. To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with the original packaging included. Customers must provide clear photos of the item and packaging for approval before sending anything back. Any return sent without prior authorization may be refused.

Refunds are not issued for orders that are not marked as delivered. If a package is still in transit, we can assist with tracking, but refund consideration only begins after delivery confirmation.

After delivery, a 7-day waiting period is required before approving refunds for reasons such as change of mind or similar requests. This allows time for delivery completion and support resolution and helps prevent duplicate claims or delivery disputes.

All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives defective or damaged. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as Xymera is not responsible for lost return packages.

Approved returns or cancellations are refunded as a Xymera e-Gift Card in USD. Gift cards do not expire, and international customers will see the converted value at checkout.

If a replacement is requested, we will ship the replacement after the original item has been returned, received, and inspected.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue and packaging. If confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment, it cannot be canceled or modified. A return may be requested after delivery according to the terms outlined in this policy.

Subscription Policy

Some products offered on our website may be purchased through a recurring subscription program. By selecting a subscription option at checkout, you authorize Xymera to automatically charge your payment method at the selected billing interval until the subscription is canceled.

The recurring billing amount, frequency, and subscription terms are displayed at checkout and in your order confirmation email.

Customers may manage their subscription at any time through the customer subscription portal. Through the portal, customers can cancel, skip, or modify upcoming subscription orders, update payment information, and update shipping details. Customers may also request cancellation by emailing hello@xymera.store.

To avoid future charges, customers must cancel their subscription before the next scheduled renewal date. If a subscription is not canceled before the next renewal, the upcoming order will be processed and charged according to the subscription terms agreed to at checkout.

Customers are responsible for managing their subscription through the portal or by email before the next renewal date if they no longer wish to continue receiving recurring shipments.

Failure to cancel a subscription before the renewal date does not constitute an unauthorized charge.

To start a return or request subscription assistance, email hello@xymera.store with your order number and the reason for your request. If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Once the item is received and inspected, the return will be processed according to this policy.
