✨ Xymera Return & Refund Policy

At Xymera, we want you to love every purchase. If something isn’t right, our team is here to help.


📦 Returns & Exchanges (14 Days)

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is:

  • ✔️ Unused and in original condition

  • ✔️ Includes all original packaging

  • ✔️ Photos of the item are provided before return approval

All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.


🚚 Once an Order Has Shipped

After your order has shipped, we cannot issue a refund until the item is shipped back and received by our fulfillment center.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund according to our policy below.


🚫 Order Cancellation Policy

Our system begins processing orders almost immediately to ensure fast delivery.

You may cancel within 30 minutes of placing your order.

To cancel within this window, email support@xymera.store with the subject line: "Cancel My Order" and include your order number.

After 30 minutes:

  • Your order is already being prepared or shipped

  • We cannot cancel or modify it

  • You may still return the package once it arrives


💳 Subscription Rebill Policy

For subscription orders:

You have a 30-min grace period after a rebill is charged to request cancellation of your order. You must ask for cancellation of order. If you ask to only cancel subscription, the latest order will still be processed and all future rebills will be cancelled.

After 30 minutes, the order will already be processing and must be handled as a standard return.

💰 Refunds

Approved returns are refunded in the form of a Xymera e-gift card issued in USD.
Gift cards never expire, and international customers will see automatic conversion at checkout.


🔄 Exchanges

Need a replacement? No problem.
We’ll send out a new item as soon as your return is received and inspected.


🚨 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We’ll replace it free of charge.

  2. Our team will send you return instructions

  3. Ship the item back to our fulfillment center

  4. We’ll process your refund or exchange once it arrives
