Xymera Return & Refund Policy

Effective Date: 01-01-2026

At Xymera, we stand behind our products and we’re here to help. Please read this policy carefully before requesting a return or refund.


1) Eligibility Window (14 Days After Delivery)

We accept return requests within 14 days of confirmed delivery.

To be eligible:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Must include original packaging

  • You must provide photos of the item and packaging for approval before sending anything back

Any return sent without prior authorization may be refused.


2) No Refunds Until Delivery

We do not issue refunds for orders that are not marked as delivered.
If your package is still in transit, we can assist with tracking, but refunds are only considered after confirmed delivery.


3) Waiting Period After Delivery (7 Days)

To allow time for delivery completion and customer support resolution, we require a 7-day waiting period after delivery before approving refunds for “changed mind,” “no longer want,” or similar requests.

This helps prevent duplicate claims and delivery disputes.


4) Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.


5) Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged on arrival.

  • We recommend using a tracked shipping method. Xymera is not responsible for lost return packages.


6) Refund Method

Approved returns or cancellations are refunded as a Xymera e-Gift Card (USD).
Gift cards never expire. International customers will see the converted value at checkout.


7) Exchanges / Replacements

If you need a replacement:

  • We will ship the replacement after the original item is returned, received, and inspected.


8) Damaged or Defective Items (48 Hours)

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue and packaging

If confirmed, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.


9) Order Cancellations (15 Minutes)

Our fulfillment process begins immediately.

You may cancel within 15 minutes of placing the order by emailing hello@xymera.store with:

  • Subject line: “Cancel My Order”

  • Your order number

After 30 minutes, the order may already be processing or shipped and cannot be canceled or modified.
You may request a return after delivery per the policy above.


10) Subscriptions

Subscription questions, changes, or cancellations can be requested by emailing hello@xymera.store.


How to Start a Return

Email hello@xymera.store with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos of the item and packaging

If approved, we will send return instructions. Once received and inspected, your return will be processed according to this policy.


Chargebacks & Disputes

If a chargeback or payment dispute is filed without contacting our support team first, Xymera reserves the right to dispute the claim using:

  • Proof of delivery

  • Order confirmation and transaction records

  • This Return & Refund Policy

  • Customer communication history

Filing a chargeback does not bypass our return process or eligibility requirements.
