Fair question. Most mascaras just coat your lashes with pigment, which is why they clump when you add more coats or smudge by afternoon. Xymera uses magnetic pigments that actually grip each lash, plus lengthening fibers that physically extend them up to 5mm. It's a tubing formula, not traditional mascara—so it wraps around each lash individually instead of just sitting on top. That's why it doesn't clump, smudge, or flake like the ones you've tried before.
I wear contacts and most mascaras irritate my eyes. Will this bother me too?
Nope. Our formula is hypoallergenic and specifically formulated to be safe for contact lens wearers and sensitive eyes. The tubing formula is also gentler than traditional waterproof mascara because you don't have to aggressively rub it off—it slides off with warm water. No burning, no irritation, no watery eyes.
Can I wear this if I have lash extensions or a lash lift?
Yes to lash lifts—Xymera will enhance them even more. For lash extensions, check with your lash tech first since most recommend avoiding mascara on extensions. But if your extensions are grown out and patchy, Xymera can help blend your natural lashes with the remaining extensions.
What makes the "magnetic pigments and lengthening fibers" actually work?
The magnetic pigments attract to your natural lashes and create an even base that grips from root to tip. The lengthening fibers then attach to each lash and physically extend it—kind of like how hair extensions work, but microscopic. Together, they add up to 5mm of visible length without the bulk that causes clumps.
Will this make my lashes look natural or super dramatic?
Both, depending on how you apply it. One coat gives you natural, defined length that's perfect for everyday. Two coats builds to that dramatic, extension-like effect. The formula is buildable without getting clumpy or goopy.
How do I remove it? Do I need a special makeup remover?
Just warm water. Splash it on your lashes, let it sit for a few seconds, then gently slide the tubes down and off. That's it. No oil-based remover, no rubbing, no raccoon eyes in the shower.
